I'm Shakti Rios — known these days as The Business Shaman, and the founder of Rebel Rich. I work with spirit-led, countercultural entrepreneurs who are done building their businesses like everyone else, and ready to build from their own energetic blueprint instead. My work blends somatic practice, Human Design, EFT, shadow work, and psychic/energetic guidance into one very unconventional approach to business strategy.
But this wasn't always my path. For over a decade, I dedicated myself to the world of massage therapy, and for five of those ten years, online fitness coaching. I genuinely loved my clients and took great pride in my work. I was recognized for my skills, and I knew how to create a steady income. But deep down, I felt a persistent tug that something wasn't quite right.
By year five, I sensed that a change was necessary, but I found myself trapped in my identity as a therapist — a role I cherished, yet one that started to feel more like a comfortable cage than a fulfilling calling. As time went on, I became increasingly restless and disillusioned. No matter how many clients I served or how much money I earned, it never felt like enough. I was exhausted and dreading each workday, which ultimately led to a serious health scare.
That wake-up call pushed me to confront the truth I had been ignoring: I needed to forge a new path. I had been studying Human Design and energy psychology for years, and I finally decided to apply what I knew to my own career and my own healing. It was a turning point for me. By actively engaging with these tools, I quickly aligned with my natural talents and learned to address the fears and negative beliefs that had been holding me back — and that shift became the foundation for everything I've built since, including becoming a certified Human Design Business Consultant and, eventually, The Business Shaman.
